Refund policy
All bookings incur an additional bond of $100.00. An invoice for this will be sent to you 7 days prior to your event and is payable immediately. This bond will be refunded 1-3 working days after your event, subject to all terms & conditions have been adhered too. (It can take up to 10 working for the refund to show into your account, this is out of our control.)
Cancellation
Up to 7 days prior to your event: you will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 admin fee.
7 days - 48 hours prior to your event: you will receive a 50% refund of your total hire cost.
Under 48 hours: no refund of hire cost will be given. ($100.00 bond paid will be refunded only.)
By completing your booking with us, you agree that you have read & accept our terms & conditions.
Hire
If we collect our equipment & it is not in the condition it was left in & is considerably soiled/wet this will incur a cleaning fee that may result in, up to the total loss of your bond.
The hirer will be liable for any damage that occurs whilst the equipment is in their possession, which also may result in the loss of bond or potential additional invoice depending on the severity of the damage.
Refunds will not be given if wet weather is forecasted or occurs on the day of booking. We will not set up outside if wet weather is forecasted. The hirer needs to have a backup indoor location if original location is outside. Outdoor set ups need to be on flat & dry ground.
Cancellation due to sickness or reasonable explanation on the day, we are happy to transfer your booking to a different date. If this is not possible, cancellation policy then applies.
